Amira Davis
Amira brings over two decades of Sales and Marketing experience, spanning roles with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Her expertise lies in empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
As Director of Operations, Amira oversees the daily activities of D5 Consulting Group, leads business development consulting services, and actively contributes as part of the training team. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of client needs have allowed her to successfully navigate both corporate and nonprofit spaces, delivering impactful solutions across a variety of industries.
Amira is an active member of the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee and serves as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee for the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Additionally, she has participated in multiple panels for the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce, sharing her insights on business strategy and community engagement.
Sammy Davis
As a current law enforcement leader and former Director of Training, Sammy Davis brings over 20 years of experience in public safety and professional development to D5 Consulting Group. A graduate of the FBI National Academy (FBINA Class #292), Sammy applies the leadership skills and national connections he gained through the program to benefit clients in meaningful ways.
Sammy’s interactive training style, combined with his approachability and diverse life experiences, has enabled him to seamlessly transition his expertise from the public sector to the private sector. This adaptability allows him to meet the unique needs of each client, creating practical solutions that resonate across industries.
He holds an Associate in Arts and Sciences from SUNY Broome and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at SUNY Broome, contributing to the development of future law enforcement professionals.
Known for his ability to foster collaboration and address complex challenges, Sammy is dedicated to helping organizations create safer, more connected communities. His work in school outreach programs and his involvement on local boards further reflect his commitment to making a positive and lasting impact both in and beyond his profession.
