Sammy Davis
Sammy brings over 20 years of experience in public safety and professional development, combining his leadership as a law enforcement professional and graduate of the FBI National Academy (FBINA Class #292).
His interactive training style and diverse life experiences enable him to transition seamlessly between the public and private sectors, creating practical solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Sammy holds degrees from SUNY Broome and Binghamton University and has taught as an adjunct professor, contributing to the next generation of law enforcement professionals. Dedicated to fostering collaboration, he works to build safer, more connected communities through training, outreach, and service on local boards.

Amira Davis
Amira brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience, spanning Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. As Director of Operations at D5 Consulting Group, she oversees daily operations, leads business development consulting, and contributes to training programs.
Amira serves on the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee, chairs the DEI Committee for the American Red Cross, and volunteers for numerous other community commitments.
Amira has also shared her expertise on panels for the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Binghamton Chamber. Her collaborative approach and diverse expertise drive impactful results across many industries.

I was selected to attend the FBI National Academy (Session #292)—an elite leadership program that fewer than 1% of law enforcement professionals attend.
There, I studied with leaders from across the country and around the world, deepening my understanding of what makes organizations—and the people within them—truly resilient.
